I have added the photos to Flickr and enabled the Flickr Photo Album plugin on the site. You can now go to the albums page to see all the photos of the basement and other Flickr albums.

I think they are ready to tape and finish the drywall.

We have drywall and a strong glue smell; can’t wait for that to go away. I hope the basement is dry enough that it won’t require extra time between coats for the finishers. I think we miss the second week of May if it requires extra drying time.

We have insulation now and have passed two of three rough inspections. It is amazing how quiet the basement is. I am very happy that we asked to have the utility walls insulated.

These trees look great for about a week each year and this happens to be the week.
